Nia's Moving to Heal is slow and gentle Nia. The art of feeling better. Moving to Heal is for any BODY and is perfect for someone looking to start a new movement routine. Step in and sense the medicine in the movement. Connect to sensation in your body and work in relationship with your body to find healing physically, emotionally and mentally. Moving to Heal is done barefoot and can be adapted for any fitness level. You can even heal sitting on a chair.
